CLASSES RANGING FROM

beginner to advanced

Day 1– (Arrival day)
You will be picked up from the airport from one of our co-workers and brought to the retreat.
There will not be yoga lessons on the first day.
We will provide you explanations about the week , give you practical information about the island and our retreat and answer your possible questions.
There will be available during the day fresh fruits, salads, Hummus, bread, water, herbal teas.
20:00 – Dinner
21:00 – Open circle

Day 2–
07:30 to 08:30 – Breakfast
08:30 to 13:00 – Theory + Hatha Yoga and meditation
13:00 – Lunch
( Free time for relaxing, therapies or excursions)
20:00 – Dinner

Day 3–
07:30 to 08:30 – Breakfast
08:30 to 13:00 – Theory + Hatha Yoga and meditation
13:00 – Lunch
( Free time for relaxing, therapies or excursions)
20:00 – Dinner

Day 4–
07:30 to 10:00 – Breakfast
10:00 to 13:00 – Yin Yang Yoga and meditation
13:00 – Lunch
18:30 to 20:00 – Yin Yoga
20:00 – Dinner

Day 5–
07:30 to 08:30 – Breakfast
08:30 to 13:00 – Theory + Yin Yang Yoga and meditation
13:00 – Lunch
( Free time for relaxing, therapies or excursions)
20:00 – Dinner

Day 6–
07:30 to 10:00 – Breakfast
10:00 to 13:00 – Yin Yang Yoga and meditation
13:00 – Lunch
18.30 to 20:00 – Yin Yoga
20:00 – Dinner

Day 7–
07:30 to 09:00 – Breakfast
09:00 to 10:00 – Philosophy of Yoga
10:00 to 13:00 – Yoga Session
13:00 – Lunch
( Free time for relaxing, therapies or excursions)
19:00 – Closing circle
20:00 – Dinner

Day 8– (Departure day)
From 07:30 – Breakfast
We kindly ask you to leave your room free for cleaning for the next group at 10am.
You can stay in our retreat common areas so long as you need to wait for the time of your airplane.
Our driver will bring you safely and on time to the airport.
