Our Weekly Program
All yoga classes are conducted in English
Our Alicante Yoga Retreat Program offers a thoughtful balance of yoga, meditation, and holistic teachings. Each day invites you to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and awaken your inner light in the peaceful Mediterranean countryside.
Yoga Sessions
Morning sessions focus on dynamic Yang yoga practices, inspired by Vinyasa flow and supported by principles of Chinese medicine. These energizing sequences are designed to build strength, increase vitality, and awaken the body for the day ahead.
In the afternoon, you will be guided through Yin yoga, a slower and deeply meditative practice that targets the connective tissues, supporting flexibility, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.
Guided Meditations
Each day includes guided meditation practices, integrated especially after Yin yoga, to support relaxation, inner awareness, and deeper connection with yourself.
These sessions are designed to help you settle the mind, regulate your emotional state, and gently integrate the experiences of the day.
Neuroscience-Based Transformation Sessions
As a core part of the retreat, you will be guided through daily neuroscience-informed sessions focused on personal transformation and measurable inner change.
These sessions combine theory and practical application, offering a step-by-step approach to understanding how thoughts, emotions, and habitual patterns are created — and how they can be consciously changed.
You will explore tools to develop greater self-awareness, regulate your internal state, and begin shifting patterns that no longer serve you, creating space for new ways of thinking, feeling, and living.
This work is presented in a grounded, accessible way, allowing you to integrate what you learn not only during the retreat, but also into your daily life.
Daily Schedule
Day 1 – Arrival Day (Sunday)
Guests may arrive at the villa at any time, as it will be ready from the day before.
There are no scheduled sessions on this day. After check-in, you’ll have time to relax, settle into your room, and connect with the space.
Fresh fruits, salads, hummus, bread, water, and herbal teas will be available throughout the day.
In the evening, we’ll gather for a gentle introduction to the week, practical information about the retreat, and time to connect with one another.

Day 2 – Day 6 (Monday to Friday)
Each day follows a structured yet spacious rhythm, designed to support both activation and deep integration.
08:00 – 09:30 – Morning Yang Yoga (Dynamic Practice)
An energizing yoga session inspired by Vinyasa flow and supported by principles of Chinese medicine, designed to awaken the body and build strength and vitality.
09:30 – 10:30 – Breakfast
10:30 – 13:00 – Neuroscience-Informed Transformation Sessions
Guided theory and practice sessions focused on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal transformation.
13:00 – Lunch
Free time for rest, therapies, or visits to the beach and surrounding nature.
18:30 – 20:00 – Yin Yoga & Meditation
A deeply restorative practice combining Yin yoga and guided meditation to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and integration of the day’s work.
20:00 – Dinner
Evenings are left open for rest, reflection, or quiet connection.

08:00 – 09:00 – Breakfast
Please vacate your room by 10:00 AM for cleaning.
You are welcome to relax by the pool or in the chill-out areas until it’s time to depart.

I also offer private yoga lessons if you want to work with me on a one-on-one, in the comfort of your own home, where each session is specifically tailored to your individual needs.
