OUR WEEKLY PROGRAM

All yoga classes are conducted in English

Our yoga program includes:

  • Yoga Sessions:

In the morning, we offer Yin Yang Yoga, blending passive, restorative poses with dynamic, standing sequences for a balanced practice. This combines the cooling, inward energy of Yin with the warming, outward energy of Yang to enhance flexibility, strength, and energy.

Afternoon sessions focus on Yin Yoga, promoting relaxation and deep stretching by holding poses for longer durations. This practice improves flexibility, targets connective tissues, and reduces stress while increasing body awareness and mindfulness.

  • Sukshma Vyayama Yoga:

An ancient practice, Sukshma Vyayama is a system of exercises that targets every part of the body, promoting circulation, joint mobility, and overall well-being. Developed by Maharishi Karthikeyaji Maharaj, it offers quick, tangible benefits even without other Hatha Yoga practices.

  • Guided Meditations

Throughout the week, you’ll explore different meditation techniques, including some inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza’s teachings on neuroscience and manifestation. These practices are designed to help you discover the meditation style that best suits your nature, fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness and well-being.

  • Yoga Philosophy and Cosmology

This session introduces key aspects of Yoga philosophy, exploring how our understanding of the cosmos as an infinite web of light influences our perception of ourselves as divine beings. We will connect ancient Yoga traditions with modern scientific concepts like Quantum Theory, making these ideas accessible to everyone.

  • Electric Body and Biofield Anatomy

In this session, you’ll learn about the electric body and how yoga supports not only the physical body but also your electromagnetic field. Understanding the connections between your electric body, glandular system, and brain can help improve your health and genetic expression. We’ll explore the science behind these energetic layers, known as the Biofield, and how they sustain your physical body.

  • The Power of the Mind and Beliefs

Learn about the conscious, subconscious, and superconscious mind, and how to align them for greater success. When your desires align with your subconscious beliefs, life becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy, rather than a struggle. This workshop will provide practical tools to improve areas like self-esteem, health, relationships, finances, and spirituality.

  • Sound Philosophy

Explore the healing potential of sound, vibration, and frequencies. We’ll discuss how these elements impact the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Topics include sound, frequency, resonance, cymatics, entrainment, brain waves, and binaural beats.

  • Sacred Geometry

This workshop delves into the ancient science of sacred geometry, which explains the energy patterns that unify all things. You’ll learn how specific geometric shapes can bring about energetic shifts, healing, and re-balancing when used in meditation or healing practices. You’ll also learn how to draw some of these shapes to integrate them into your practice.

  • Bio-Well Energy Field Reading and Analysis

This is a method used to assess and visualize the human energy field, or aura, through the use of a specialized camera that captures subtle electromagnetic emissions. This technology provides insights into the body’s energetic state, helping to identify stress, imbalances, and areas in need of healing. It is often used in holistic health practices to monitor energy flow and improve overall well-being.

DAILY SCHEDULE

Day 1 (Arrival day)

Upon arrival, one of our team members will pick you up from the airport and transport you to the retreat. There will be no yoga lessons on the first day. Instead, we’ll provide an overview of the week, offer practical information about the island and the retreat, and answer any questions you may have.
After check-in, you will receive your first Bio-Well Energy Field Reading and Analysis.
Throughout the day, fresh fruits, salads, hummus, bread, water, and herbal teas will be available.

Day 8 (Departure day)

07:30 – Breakfast
Please vacate your room by 10:00 AM for cleaning. You are welcome to relax in the common areas until it’s time to depart.
Our driver will take you safely to the airport.
