Meet Our Chef, Mónica Nartaki (Naná)

With over 20 years of experience in healthy cooking, Mónica is a true expert in natural and vegetarian nutrition. She has extensively studied vegan, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisines, honing her skills to create delicious and nourishing dishes.

Mónica’s approach is centered around using fresh, local, organic, and ecological ingredients whenever possible. A passionate collector of spices and recipes, she has developed a unique and distinctive cooking style that engages all the senses—proving that healthy eating can also be incredibly delicious.

Everything on the menu, from sauces to breads to desserts, is homemade with love and care. Mónica also offers customized meal plans for those with food allergies or intolerances.
