Our Weekly Program

All yoga classes are conducted in English

Our Alicante Yoga Retreat Program offers a thoughtful balance of yoga, meditation, and holistic teachings. Each day invites you to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and awaken your inner light in the peaceful Mediterranean countryside.

Yoga Sessions

Morning sessions offer Yin Yang Yoga, blending restorative postures with dynamic, standing sequences for balance and vitality. This combination of Yin (cooling, inward energy) and Yang (warming, outward energy) enhances flexibility, strength, and harmony. Evening sessions focus on Yin Yoga, a slower, meditative practice that promotes deep relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness through longer-held poses.

Guided Mediations

Throughout the week, you will explore a variety of meditation techniques, including some inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza’s teachings on neuroscienceand manifestation, to discover the style that best suits your own rhythm and nature.

Yoga Philosophy and Cosmology

An exploration of Yoga philosophy that connects ancient wisdom with modern science. We’ll reflect on how the universe as a field of light and energy shapes our perception of ourselves as divine beings. Concepts from quantum theory are introduced in an inspiring, accessible way.

Electric Body and Biofield Anatomy

Discover how yoga supports not just the physical body, but also your electromagnetic field, the Biofield. You’ll learn how energy, glands, and brain activity interact, and how understanding your “electric body” can enhance your health and wellbeing.

The Power of the Mind and Beliefs

This session explores the conscious, subconscious, and superconsciousmind, offering tools to align them for greater ease and fulfillment. When yourbeliefs and desires work together, life flows effortlessly.

Sound Philosophy

An introduction to the healing potential of sound, vibration, and frequency. We’ll explore resonance, brainwave entrainment, and binaural beats, and how these can harmonize your emotional and energetic state.

Sacred Geometry

Learn about the energy patterns that connect all existence. Through this ancient science, you’ll explore how specific geometric forms can bring balance, clarity, and healing, and even learn to draw some of these forms as part of your meditation practice.

Daily Schedule

Day 1 – Arrival Day (Sunday)

Guests may arrive at the villa at any time, as it will be ready from the day
before.
There are no yoga sessions on this day. After check-in, you’ll have time to relax, meet the team, and settle into your room.
Fresh fruits, salads, hummus, bread, water, and herbal teas will be available throughout the day.
In the evening, we’ll gather for an introduction to the week, practical
information about the retreat, and time to connect with one another.

Please vacate your room by 10:00 AM for cleaning.
You are welcome to relax by the pool or in the chill-out areas until it’s time to
depart.

I also offer private yoga lessons if you want to work with me on a one-on-one, in the comfort of your own home, where each session is specifically tailored to your individual needs.
